Anne is a creative brand strategist and consumer brand marketing specialist transforming concepts into commercialized brand expansion.

Most people pick a lane: creative or operator, big picture or details. I've always refused to choose. Creative instinct without operational discipline is just a good idea. I've always been equally at home in a creative brief and in a spreadsheet, and that balance is what I bring to every business.

I started at Estée Lauder Companies in Global Special Events and later moved to Ralph Lauren to drive creative services and special projects, then spent four years at Marc Jacobs Beauty under LVMH helping build the brand from scratch. We were a team of ten and we hit $100M in revenue in less than 4 years. I was running influencer outreach before it had a budget line, tracking sell-through data at Sephora, managing digital ad buys, producing iconic social media campaigns, and driving successful launches by building worlds through influencer events. Highlights include the Air Blush event that made the blush category trend again and ideating the Velvet Noir Mascara engraving campaign that earned organic posts from Lady Gaga and Anine Bing (the silk top she sent me as a thank you for the personalized mascaras for her team is still a wardrobe staple) and drove Velvet Noir to the top 3 mascara at Sephora.

After LVMH I co-founded dillie, one of the first AI-native beauty content studios. I built it from 2 people to a team of 75, brought on clients including Paula's Choice, Benefit, Olly, Rael, Fenty, Dr. Diamond's Metacine, and Church & Dwight, and grew the business through strategic partnerships. We never relied on paid acquisition. I built the SEO content programs that drove inbound leads, developed the partnership pipeline that landed enterprise accounts, and ran the operations end-to-end: hiring, developing SOPs, managing client delivery, running the P&L, and strategizing key pivots in the age of AI-produced content.

WWD recognized dillie in March 2023 as a leader in AI beauty content transformation. WWD found dillie through a series of SEO blog posts I developed in partnership with ChatGPT in 2022. This spearheaded my passion for optimizing brand-owned content to drive organic traffic as a key sales channel.

I spent 15 years driving expansion for Marc Jacobs Beauty, Ralph Lauren, and Estée Lauder, and countless beauty and wellness brands before launching Sloane.
